Where the head goes the body follows and whenever possible take the opponent’s back. Muay Pram grapplers know these two adages very well. This Mai Muay complies with both sayings. Once behind the opponent with his head in your hands you totally dominates the fight.

Why

Muay Pram is based on a scientific manipulations of the opponent’s body. Pulling the head backwards and pushing forward with your knee, you apply tremendous force to the enemy’s spine. You can choose to damage the spine or throw the opponent on his back.

How

This Mai Muay Pram can be applied offensively when you approach the enemy from behind. Otherwise, you can fight your way to his back for example by parrying a head punch, stepping to the side and moving behind him. Once you are behind your opponent you can lock him, knee him or throw him.
